Precious Moments Planner budded from a deep love and genuine passion to make every celebrative occasion unforgettably successful, precious moments. Its founder and consultant, Chee Evan is inclined for the challenges of meticulous and detailed planning. She also possesses a keen passion for the glitter and excitement of event planning, particularly corporate and wedding events.

A seasoned decorator and planner, Evan accumulated a vast array of decorative ideas and experiences for parties & weddings since 1997. From a humble start with decorative works at house parties, restaurants & hotels; she grew and eventually oversaw larger scale of events at charity auctions and weddings. Later, she launched her own company, Precious Moments Planner, in 2003 and is regularly called upon for her unique talents and expertise at corporate and wedding functions.

Along with her skills and experience, Precious Moments Planner brings with us the finest in wedding vendors. From cakes to cards, photographers to videographers, emcee & DJ’s, makeups and gowns and much much more! On top of that, we also provide complimentary expert planning advices.

Style and beauty is subjective to individual tastes, thus we will meet with you to understand your taste and vision for your precious moments. With your input and direction,we will manage the rest of the entire process so you can sit back and enjoy every moment. This includes working with the vendors and confirming every detail of your important day.
